Where is the restaurant? We don’t have one yet but are considering our options for a pop-up kitchen soon.

What is Chilean/Patagonian food? A mix of Spanish, Chilean, Mapuche, Argentine, Latin American, French, German, Italian, Quechua, English and other European and Indigenous influences… it is seafood… it is landfood… and so many veggies and fruits too.
