A dessert idea

We believe that we should create a strawberry rhubarb apple compote based ice cream to add to the menu. Strawberries are very popular in Chile and grow well there Ruibarbo has only recently taken off as an addition but is growing in popularity with its strong antioxidant characteristics. Mixing it in with Cherimoya ice cream and incorporating  Giant Chilean Rhubarb (unrelated but similar looking to rhubarb) sounds great to us as well. Patagonian people pride themselves on eating healthy and naturally using the ingrdients the local area has to offer and we agree!
